Bethesda Salt Cave & Spa is located in the heart of downtown Bethesda, Maryland, near Bethesda Row and just minutes from Washington, DC, Chevy Chase, and surrounding Montgomery County communities.

Metro Access

Our spa is conveniently located approximately a 1•2 minute walk from the Bethesda Metro Station on the Red Line, making it easy to visit us from Washington, DC and surrounding areas.

Directions:

Keep immediately left as you exit the metro turn stile and take the first elevator to your left. The glass elevator will take you up to the corner of Montgomery & Wisconsin.

Turn right as you exit staying on the right side of Montgomery Lane. We are the next building on the right, simply come down the stairs.

DO NOT take the escalator stairs upstairs to the bus depot from the metro.

REMEMBER TO TAKE THE ELEVATOR.

Recommended Parking

Parking in downtown Bethesda is easy and there are several convenient garages located just a short walk from the spa.

Waverly Garage is the closest parking to Bethesda Salt Cave.

The Waverly Garage is typically the closest and most convenient parking option for Bethesda Salt Cave & Spa. From the garage it is approximately a 2•3 minute walk to our entrance on Montgomery Lane.

Directions:

Enter the Bethesda Salt Cave & Spa address in your GPS. As you arrive in front of our store which is on the left side of Montgomery Lane, continue straight keeping to the left of Montgomery.

Cross over Wisconsin, and the 3rd building on your left is a very large county parking garage.

• This is the cheapest parking in Bethesda at $1.75 per hour Monday•Saturday and Sundays it is free.
• Pay for your parking before you exit and we recommend you park on level 4 or higher if you have a day of services planned, as the garage offers long term parking.
• Take a picture of your car parking bay number and pay your parking at the exit before heading over to us.
• The parking terminal accepts cash as well as credit cards but not pay by phone.

Now head back to Montgomery Lane and walk across Wisconsin staying on the right side of the street with oncoming traffic heading in your direction.

Hyatt Regency Bethesda Parking

Parking is also available at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda garage, which is located just a short walk from our spa and offers easy access to Montgomery Lane and Bethesda Row.

Please note that the Hyatt Regency is the most expensive parking option in town. However they offer valet parking.

If you park on Level P3 you can access the hotel through their Ballroom. Exit the main hotel lobby onto Wisconsin Avenue, turn right onto Wisconsin and immediately right again onto Montgomery Lane.

We are located in the Sullivan Wealth Management building, the second building on the right.

Additional public garages and street parking are available throughout the Bethesda Row and Montgomery Lane area.

Arrival Time

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for parking, check-in, and settling into your salt cave or spa session.

Salt cave sessions begin promptly at the top of the hour so all guests can enjoy the full experience.
