Services offered at Bethesda Salt Cave & Spa are intended to support relaxation, wellness, and overall wellbeing. Our treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Clients should consult with a licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns prior to participating in treatments such as massage therapy, halotherapy, cryotherapy, or other wellness services.
By booking or participating in services, clients acknowledge that they are voluntarily receiving wellness services and assume responsibility for their health and wellbeing.
Gift cards and service packages purchased from Bethesda Salt Cave & Spa are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, except where required by Maryland law.
Gift cards may be used toward services or retail products unless otherwise specified.
Promotional packages, memberships, and discounted offers may carry additional restrictions or expiration dates as stated at the time of purchase.
Bethesda Salt Cave & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Retail items purchased through Bethesda Salt Cave & Spa may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 5% restocking fee may apply.
Items that are opened, used, damaged, or showing signs of wear due to improper use, accidents, or normal wear will not be eligible for return or refund.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved as being in new condition.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the original purchase date.
If you are unsatisfied with a retail item purchased from our shop, exchanges may be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for an exchange:
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a flat rate shipping fee of $8.99 will apply to the replacement item.
Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
Retail orders placed through our website are shipped within five (5) business days after the order is received and processed.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the destination and shipping requirements.
A flat rate shipping fee of $8.99 applies to online retail orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
