Cranial Sacral Therapy also known as CST is a educated, specific and non-invasive light touch that supports your body’s innate ability to heal itself. This type of therapy is very subjective and a unique experience for most clients. It is a light touch with energy directed, and heals on many levels by addressing a person’s cranial sacral system – Literally addressing the fluid that flows inside the head and spinal cord.
A massage technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. DT aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes, and deep pressure on the contracted areas by either following or going across the fibers of the muscles, tendons and fascia. Also known as Neuromuscular massage, this modality focuses on the treatment of trigger points. They are called trigger points because they refer pain to other parts of the body.

Our Signature Massage combines a myriad of different massage applications. They include but are not limited to a combination of stretching, deep tissue, Swedish, reflexology, trigger point therapy, cranial sacral therapy, the use of hot/cold stones and lymphatic massage. Every massage starts with a warm towel compress to clean your feet. Your therapist will use warm towels and a Balancing essential oil ritual on your feet to help you ease into a deep state of relaxation.
We practice a number of different stretch therapies. Thai Stretch and Active Isolated Stretching. We believe that stretching can benefit your health tremendously by improving mobility, balance and flexibility. Stretching also assists you with recovering quicker after intense work outs or rehabilitation from injuries that have inhibited your range of motion.

A Prenatal massage is a nurturing massage that focuses on the special needs of a mother to be during her pregnancy. The BioMat is a service provided while fully clothed. We recommend dressing in light, comfortable clothing. Guests are made comfortable in a face up position, on top of the BioMat, which is covered with a sheet as a protective cover. The BioMat can reach up to 155 degrees Fahrenheit, however we keep it between 125–135 degrees Fahrenheit to avoid burning the skin. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating mothers. Many of our guests enjoy the slow gentle heat emitted by the BioMat, and always comment how it helps with deep bone and joint pain or dysfunction.

The Ionic Cleanse detox is a foot bath in which a AMD (A Major Difference) device is used to expel heavy metals and toxins from the body. The process is a foot bath set up in which the clients places their feet in a salt water solution.
A copper coiled array is inserted into the water so that a negative and positive magnetic ionic charge is sent through the water to affect the body on a magnetic level. The process is said to draw out toxins and heavy metals from the body through the feet. The water in the foot bath will change color as the process takes place, and it is said that the color of the water can indicate what type of toxins are being drawn out. The process is said to be relaxing and detoxifying, and many people report feeling lighter and more energized after a session.

Our Lymph Drainage modality is a manual application of a very light touch by your therapist. Using their hands they will start by activating of the lymph nodules and then gently massage the skin using pumping, brushing and feathering motions to improve the flow of the lymphatic fluid that is layered between muscle fibers, skin and fascia.
We recommend this technique for anyone who is wanting to boost their ability to detox their body, prepare specific areas for pre or post surgery efficacy, as well as anyone recovering from bouts of illness. Always consult your doctor if you are unsure about any treatment for recovery from any illness of any kind.
Many guests do not actually realize it but a Lymph Drainage massage is intense and the detoxing effect of the lymph movement through the body can be felt for days after this type of therapy. It is very important to hydrate well before and after this type of treatment. It is clinically recommended that guests continue to drink at least half their body weight in water for the next seven days after this type of treatment.
